• In the offshore industries emergencies do occur which require the urgent delivery of specialized spare parts and equipment, we are able to arrange Customs clearance at short notice on weekends and public holidays.
• Transport can be arranged for urgent spares either by air or road, by scheduled carriers if times permits or by charter plane or dedicated courier.
• Hire and delivery of certified offshore equipment such as garbage bins with lids, open and closed mini offshore containers, both dry and reefer to vessels.
• Shore contractors for engineering and other work.
• Road transport for delivery of inward and outward ship’s equipment (if the vessel is operating from a non-capital city port, this may involve long distance transport)
• The quotation, purchase and supply of equipment as requested by the respective vessels
• Supply of cash advances to vessels in either US or Australian dollars
• To obtain prices and stem bunkers as required at all Australian ports
• Arrange harbour berth’s, pilot and mooring/unmooring services for regular port calls of chartered supply vessels as required, generally on a weekly or two weekly turn around, but more frequently as needed.
• Stevedoring labour to load and discharge supply vessels.
• Disposal of ships rubbish, waste oil and scrap items and ensuring that a receipt is supplied to the vessel at all times.
• Warehousing, storage and consolidation of ships equipment as required
• Assistance with crew visa’s.

Our agency personnel involved with offshore agency activities are available to provide the aforementioned services and any other required by principals 7 days a week with communications being monitored during evenings and weekends.
